The idea for this design actually came from a suggestion from a friend of mine. About 4 months ago, he purchased one of our slim leather wallets: the Specter Bifold Wallet. He liked it very much but wished it could hold his business cards as well, instead of carrying them in a separate cardholder.

I promised to create this for him. So here we are – introducing the Specter Bifold Wallet with Cardholder. It combines basic wallet functions such as notes and credit card compartments, with a gusseted compartment for business cards (we even added a pull-tab function for easy access).

I have personally used the Bifold Wallet with Cardholder prototype for about a week and a half now and have gotten quite a bit of interest at business meetings. My guess is that even though there would be a fair number of people who would prefer to keep their wallet and business cardholders separate, there are those who are looking to simplify their daily leather accessories carry by combining the two.
