The Specter Wallets: How To Decide On Which One Is Most Suitable For You?
We created 3 “conventional” wallets for the Specter Collection – namely: the Trifold Wallet, the Bifold Wallet and the Bifold Wallet with Money Clip. I believe that most men use wallets of this general nature (hence the term “conventional”) and have therefore excluded the Card Wallet and Travel Wallet from this comparison. So, it really boils down to these 3 main questions – do you:
Want the slimmest possible wallet?
We have obviously designed all our wallets to be as slim as possible. However, depending on the desired function of the user, there are obvious physical restrictions as to how slim we could build each wallet – ie. more compartments = a thicker wallet.
With a thickness of 1cm, the slimmest of the lot is the Bifold Wallet with Money Clip. A classic design with a twist, this product is suitable for the no-fuss individual who only desire basic compartments for cash and essential cards.
Unlike most money clip wallets, it has “sleeves” (what we call L-slip pockets) to give you the option of organising your bills in a tidy fashion by tucking them within these “sleeves”.
Need more compartments?
For those who are looking for a wallet that can hold plenty of cash, cards and coins. This Trifold Wallet has a divider to separate cash currencies and holds up to 12 cards, including a transparent ID card slot and a hidden card slot.
Want a bit of both?
The Specter Slim Bifold Wallet also offers the hidden card slot and coin compartment. It is relatively small and slim but offers storage for more cards than the Specter Bifold Wallet with Money Clip. It also has a slip pocket with quick access pull-tab - a truly nifty accessory for the efficient, modern gentleman. Like all our wallets, it includes RFID blocking technology to protect you against credit card fraud and identity theft.
We've since added to our collection with the Specter bifold wallet with cardholder. Click here to find out more about the product.
