As all of you know by now, when Joe and I started Faire Collective, we didn’t envision major plans or set out a five year plan in terms of what we wanted to happen or what were the things we wanted to achieve.
To us, it was a simple but crucial matter of knowing if the luxury travel bags we had created actually solved an everyday problem - and in doing so, did we achieve that goal well enough to be recognised for it?
We took things step by step, and went on to Kickstarter to gain proof of concept. We did alright, and then the rest as they say, is history. Since then, we have tried to bring as much innovation to our products, striving to make sure we’re always delivering Functional Luxury at a Fair Price.
As the Chief Brand Officer for Faire, one of the things I really wanted to focus on this year was partnerships. These partnerships could be anything from brand associated content, collaborations or events. It’s well in my belief that we should always offer an experience to our customers and that is why we worked so hard on the product and the packaging.
Even the content we curate is never purely just product focused - it has a setting, an outfit to pair, and daily complementary items such as watches, coffee, shoes and more. We want to associate the brand with a lifestyle because Faire is exactly that.
When we were selected to be featured in the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club: Exploring the Extraordinary 2019 publication, Joe and I were very proud and happy because it means that we have achieved a certain level of acknowledgement with regards to what we’ve done in the last year and a half or so. It is proof that we are on the right track and so this partnership assures us of our belief in functional luxury.
It means that our products are remembered because of the amount of thought that we put into marrying form with function, and that despite the value we offer, still choose to offer them at a fair price.
So this is a great start to the year, but all this would not be possible without the support of everyone thus far. Thank you for being with us on this journey. This is truly an announcement that we are proud to share because this partnership means that we can go on to do greater things for you guys this year, and I promise that we will.
