Trade Faire
As an online brand, one of the more common queries we receive have always been whether our product can be seen anywhere in a physical store; if they can touch it, feel it or see it first before committing to a purchase. This is probably the same for all other online brands.
As I mentioned in my previous post, Faire Leather Co. is intended as an experience, that as a brand for the people, customers feel a sense of belonging and attachment. That happens when we speak with you, listen to you, and create something that you really need. The bond collection was a very good start.
Beyond that, we try to be a brand that engages you as much as we can, and that’s why Joe and I created Trade Faire (couldn’t help the wordplay, sorry)
Wikipedia defines a trade fair as:
“… an exhibition organized so that companies in a specific industry can showcase and demonstrate their latest products and services, meet with industry partners and customers, study activities of rivals, and examine recent market trends and opportunities.”
For us here at Faire Leather Co. , Trade Faire refers to an opportunity to meet with our consumers and vice versa. It’s a chance to not only see or view the product, but also to tell us what you like or don’t like about it.
It’s a chance to share your views and ideas on what’s missing in the market today. But more importantly, it’s a chance for us to explain where we’re at, and where we’re gonna go with your help.
Obviously we don’t have the necessary resources to have a store but we’ll look to hold as many trade faires as we can. Whether it’s a co-branding event or one with just us, we’ll keep you informed as soon as we can.
As for this January, Joe and I will see you at Orchard Gateway #04-02 on 27/1 at our Toscano showroom. See you then.
Best,
Ryan
